A cooking class that teaches individuals how to effectively prepare meals in advance by providing techniques and strategies for portioning, and organizing food to create "quick-and-easy" meals for the week, and typically focusing on healthy and balanced eating habits.

This class will teach pregnant people, their partners, and family members how to prepare for labor, hospital bag packing, delivery, postpartum care, and lactation!

This class will be a discussion session designed for pregnant individuals, their partners AND families to openly explore various topics related to family dynamics, partner relationships, and the transition into parenthood, both before, during, and after the baby arrives.  It will focus on creating a safe space for sharing experiences and building support in the village.
